Launch of Child Literacy & Social Inclusion

This report was launched by Fergus Finlay, of Barnardos, at 4pm on Wednesday 11th November, in the Graves Hall, Royal College of Physicians, Kildare Street, Dublin 2. 

The report is the second produced under the NESF’s renewed mandate, which is to focus on the Irish experience of policy implementation.  The findings from both reports indicate the important influence of organisational culture, and of policy delivery plans on implementation.
