SIF 2009
The sixth meeting of the Social Inclusion Forum was held on Wednesday 4th November 2009 in the Hogan Suite, Croke Park.
This Forum brought together both policy makers and those from community and voluntary groups who are working to combat poverty.
The Main focus of the Forum meeting was to prepare for the unique EU Year (2010) devoted to Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion, with reference in particular to the major challenges for social inclusion from the economic downturn.
