Social Inclusion Forum

The Social Inclusion Forum, SIF, is a yearly meeting between those working on poverty and social inclusion, in Government, in community & voluntary organisations, and as individuals. The Forum provides those who are not directly involved in the social partnership process with an opportunity to help monitor and develop the National Action Plan for Social Inclusion.

The NESF is responsible for convening the Social Inclusion Forum.

Use the links below, or to the left, to see past Fora.

Listed within these pages are presentations (where they have been made available to the NESF) that were given to the main Forum, as well as those given in the workshop sessions. The attendance lists for each meeting are also listed. Please note while every effort is made to have these lists as complete as possible, due to late arrival some names may not appear.

The Office for Social Inclusion (OSI) is the Government office, located in the Department of Social and Family Affairs, with overall responsibility for developing, coordinating and driving the National Action Plan for Social Inclusion, (NAP/Inclusion).
